With a load capacity ranging from 320 kg to 1,000 kg, it is certainly a favorite solution, at least for an installation up to 6 stops, compared to the traditional electric MRL.
Nowadays, the Hydraulic System is far more ecological thanks to the use of biodegradable ecological fluid instead of mineral oil and installed power could be reduced by up to 20 % and energy consumption by up to 30 %, compared to old systems.
The Hydraulic Lift has a reduced seismic vulnerability compared to electric systems. In case of earthquakes, mechanical systems are vulnerable because the counterweight and the machinery on the car top risk to fall down, in the Hydraulic Lift, the system is self-supporting, the masses are charged on the ground and there is no counterweight; moreover, when the car out of use, it descends to the lowest floor. This is the reason why the risk of structural damages on the building due to the elevator itself is minimal.
The construction of the Hydraulic Lift is of great simplicity, resulting in the longevity of the product and its maintenance, in fact, Hydraulic Lift maintenance works take place on the bottom of the shaft and no longer on the top (on the stroke compartment).

The installations can be:

• Systems comply with the antiseismic standard EN 81.77;
• Systems comply with the standard EN 81.21 featuring a reduced headroom and a pit of 450 mm and a speed of 0.30 m/s;
• Installations with flow limitation;
• Systems with rated load of 450 kg;

We can supply plants upon request with reduced pit with or without reduced head and they will be provided complete design supplies with a wide range of finishes both for cabins and for landing doors.
